And the Rest of the Day!

After day camp, we made a trip to the pet store for frozen mice...for Amanda's snake.  Later I found out that I bought the wrong size (too big) and I wrung my hands worried that the snake was going to die from my error (All is OK thankfully!).  Then we went to the home improvement store once again to get a few more items to finish this job....hopefully!  Then headed home to watch some of the live stream from the Capitol (such amazing stories!), as we waited for Michael to finish a certification course he is taking in hopes to improve his chance at a job state side.

Then...because the children enjoyed themselves so much last week...we headed to the library to do another round with steam-punk...this time with jewelry.  The girls...for some unknown reason sat this one out...too bad as the boys had a blast with several others from around the area.  And...even Brendan and Edward got a chance to create some jewelry.  AND...Edward won the drawing of a special prize...and he won a cool owl watch that opens up to tell the time!

And...we are not through with our day...we still are working on the bathroom.  We hope to have the walls prepped tonight so we can paint tomorrow.
